Responsible Gaming Policy

Cash Queen Gameroom (“Cash Queen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting our players and promoting responsible social gameplay as a matter of customer care and social responsibility. Our games are intended for entertainment. Like any form of entertainment, gameplay should be enjoyed in a balanced, responsible way.

This Responsible Social Gaming Policy (the “Policy”) explains the tools, resources, and safeguards available to help players stay in control. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. General

  1. Entertainment-focused gameplay. Our Platform is designed for social entertainment. Gameplay outcomes are based on chance and are not intended to be a source of income.

  2. Access to tools. You can request or apply Responsible Social Gaming tools through your account settings (where available) or by contacting Customer Support.

  3. Policy updates. We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on the Platform.

  4. Contact. For Responsible Social Gaming support, contact: support@cashqueengameroom.com

2. Responsible Social Gaming Tools

We offer tools to help you manage access and set limits. Availability may vary by feature, device, and platform version.

A. Access Control Tools

  • Take a Break (cooling-off period)

  • Self-Exclusion (set period or indefinite)

  • Permanent Account Closure

B. Limit Control Tools

  • Purchase limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)

  • Gameplay limits (time or activity-based limits where available)

C. Account History

We provide access to account history (where available) to help you review activity and make informed choices.

3. Access Control Tools

If you feel your gameplay may be becoming difficult to manage—or you simply want extra structure—consider using one of the options below:

  1. Taking a Break (Cooling-Off Period)
Temporarily restricts access to gameplay for a designated period.

  2. Self-Exclusion
Restricts access for a designated period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, you may be blocked from gameplay and certain promotional messaging.

  3. Permanent Closure
Permanently closes your account upon request.

How to activate:

  • Use the tools in your account settings (if available), or

  • Email Customer Support at support@cashqueengameroom.com from the email address linked to your account.

Processing time:
We aim to apply requests as quickly as reasonably possible. In some cases, requests may take up to 24–48 hours to fully apply across systems. While we take reasonable steps to enforce restrictions, no system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that restrictions cannot be circumvented through circumstances outside our control (for example, creating new credentials or using a different device).

4. Limit Control Tools

Limit tools are designed to help you proactively manage optional purchases and gameplay patterns.

  1. Purchase Limits
You can request daily, weekly, or monthly limits on optional purchases (if offered on the Platform).

  2. Gameplay Limits
Where available, you may set gameplay/session limits, reminders, or similar controls.

How to activate:
Apply limits through your account settings (where available) or contact Customer Support at support@cashqueengameroom.com.

5. Self-Check and Awareness

If you are concerned about your gameplay—or someone else’s—we encourage you to pause and evaluate patterns such as:

  • playing longer than intended,

  • spending more than you planned,

  • continuing to play to “chase” a desired outcome, or

  • feeling stressed, guilty, or irritable about gameplay.

You may also consider a self-assessment tool, such as:

6. Support Resources

If gameplay is negatively impacting your wellbeing or finances, consider contacting one of these independent resources (not affiliated with Cash Queen):

  • Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA) – peer support for excessive gaming

  • Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA) – financial counseling and debt management guidance

  • National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) – nonprofit financial counseling services

If you believe you are in immediate danger or crisis, call local emergency services right away.

7. Educational Guidance

A. How our games work

  • Randomness: Outcomes are determined by chance.

  • Past results do not affect future results: Previous outcomes do not change the odds of future outcomes.

B. Common misconceptions

  • “I’m due for a win” is a misconception. Outcomes remain random.

  • Lucky charms or rituals do not influence randomness.

  • Playing longer does not increase the probability of a win in any single round.

C. Tips for safe, balanced gameplay

  • Take frequent breaks and set a time limit before you start.

  • Avoid playing when upset, stressed, or overly emotional.

  • Do not play under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Treat gameplay as entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems.

  • Only make optional purchases (if any) with money you can comfortably afford.

  • Keep gameplay from interfering with relationships, work, school, health, or responsibilities.

D. When to consider stopping or seeking help

We encourage you to avoid gameplay (or use access controls) if you:

  • feel you cannot stop once you start,

  • are experiencing financial strain,

  • are dealing with major stress or trauma, or

  • find that gameplay is affecting your mental or emotional wellbeing.

8. Protecting Minors

Our Platform is intended only for individuals 18+ (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). We use reasonable measures, which may include age verification checks, to help prevent underage access.

If you share devices with minors, we strongly recommend:

  • enabling parental controls,

  • restricting app/website access, and

  • using device-level monitoring and content controls.

9. Platform Safety and Community Standards

To help keep our community safe and aligned with major platform policies (including Meta), Cash Queen:

  • discourages misleading claims about outcomes or winnings,

  • prohibits cheating, collusion, and exploitation,

  • reserves the right to restrict accounts for harmful or abusive behavior, and

  • promotes clear, responsible messaging in promotions and communications.
