Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Cash Queen Gameroom (“Cash Queen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your access to and use of our website, games, content, features, and services on any device (collectively, the “Platform”).

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using the Platform. By registering a customer account, accessing the Platform, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following (together, the “Customer Agreement”):

  1. these Terms;

  2. our Privacy Policy and Responsible Social Gaming Policy (incorporated by reference); and

  3. any additional rules or terms that apply to a specific promotion, contest, or offer (“Special Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register an account or use the Platform.

Important notices

  • No real-money gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment. No real money is required to play, and gameplay does not involve real-money gambling.

  • U.S. access only; location limits apply. The Platform is available only to players located in the United States, and not available in the following “Excluded Territories”: Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and any U.S. territories or possessions (and any other location where access is restricted).

  • Arbitration + class action waiver. These Terms include an agreement to resolve most disputes through individual arbitration, and a waiver of class actions (see Section 14).

1. Eligibility and Your Participation

1.1 You represent and warrant that:

You:

  • are at least 18 years old and the legal age of majority where you live;

  • are not located in an Excluded Territory and will not access the Platform from an Excluded Territory;

  • are using the Platform only for personal, recreational purposes (not on behalf of any third party);

  • will provide information that is true, accurate, current, and not misleading, and will update it if it changes;

  • will not use the Platform for fraud, collusion, cheating, or unlawful conduct;

  • will not attempt to sell, transfer, barter, or trade any virtual items/credits, goods, or your account; and

  • will use only payment methods and accounts that are valid and permitted for your use.

1.2 You are responsible for lawful use

It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located. Any violation of this Section 1 is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

1.3 Ineligible persons

Our employees (and members of their immediate household) and certain employees of our vendors/contractors may be ineligible to participate.

2. Customer Accounts

2.1 One account only

You may maintain only one (1) customer account, including any dormant account. Creating or attempting to use multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure of some or all accounts.

2.2 Account accuracy

Your account information must remain accurate and up to date. Your registered name must match your government-issued identification used for verification.

2.3 Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Do not share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

2.4 No transfers or sales

You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise move virtual credits or your account to another person. Any attempted transfer may lead to immediate account closure.

2.5 Dormant accounts

We may close accounts that are inactive for an extended period (“Dormant Accounts”). If we close a Dormant Account, associated virtual credits may be forfeited as permitted by law.

2.6 Closing your account

You may request to close your account by contacting Customer Support. Closing an account may result in loss of access to any remaining virtual credits.

2.7 Our right to refuse, suspend, or close

We may refuse registration or suspend/close an account at any time in our reasonable discretion, including as described in Section 12.

To help us respond faster, please include:

  • your username,

  • your full name on the account,

  • the reason for your request, and

  • any relevant dates, times, and screenshots (if helpful).

4. Limited License

If you comply with the Customer Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and games for personal entertainment while you are located in a permitted jurisdiction.

You receive no ownership rights in the Platform, games, content, or intellectual property.

5. Games and Virtual Credits (“Gold Coins”)

5.1 Game rules

Each game has its own rules available on the Platform. You are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.

5.2 Errors and results

If there is a display error, paytable error, or technical issue, we may declare affected gameplay void (in whole or part). If there is a discrepancy between what appears on your device and our systems (or a game provider’s systems), our records will govern.

5.3 Using Gold Coins

  • Gold Coins are virtual gameplay credits used for entertainment on the Platform.

  • Gold Coins have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable.

  • Purchases of Gold Coins (if offered) are final and generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Gold Coins are not a bank account, deposit, or stored value account.

5.4 Chargebacks and reversals

You are responsible for authorized purchases made through your account. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may restrict your account and recover associated costs to the extent permitted by law.

6. Promotions and Special Terms

Promotions may be offered from time to time and may have Special Terms. If Special Terms conflict with these Terms, these Terms control unless the Special Terms expressly state otherwise. We may modify, pause, or discontinue promotions at any time.

If we believe a promotion is being abused, we may withhold or remove promotional benefits in our reasonable discretion.

7. Verification and Compliance Checks

We may request information or documents to verify identity, age, location eligibility, or to help protect the Platform from fraud and misuse. We may use third-party providers to help perform verification and risk checks.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • access another user’s account or attempt unauthorized access;

  • use VPNs, proxies, or tools to mask your true location;

  • cheat, collude, exploit bugs, or manipulate gameplay;

  • reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the Platform or games;

  • upload malicious code, scrape, flood, or disrupt the Platform;

  • post or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;

  • use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes; or

  • violate applicable laws (including privacy and anti-spam laws).

We may monitor activity to protect the Platform and community.

9. Responsible Social Gameplay

We support responsible play. You may request a break, self-exclusion (temporary or indefinite), or permanent account closure by contacting Customer Support. We will use reasonable efforts to apply restrictions promptly, but you acknowledge it may take time to process requests.

10. Service Availability, Changes, and Interruptions

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update, change, suspend, or remove games or features at any time. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or interruptions, including those caused by third-party networks or devices.

If a system malfunction prevents a game from concluding properly, your remedy (if any) is limited to restoration of affected Gold Coins to your account, as determined by our records.

11. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

If you opt in, we may send service communications and, where permitted, marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

12. Suspension and Closure

We may suspend, restrict, or close your account if we reasonably believe you:

  • violated the Customer Agreement or Special Terms;

  • created multiple accounts;

  • provided false or misleading information;

  • failed verification checks;

  • used location masking tools (VPN/proxy);

  • accessed the Platform from an Excluded Territory;

  • engaged in cheating, collusion, fraud, or unlawful activity;

  • initiated excessive payment disputes/chargebacks; or

  • engaged in abusive or harmful behavior.

If your account is suspended or closed, we may withhold access to the Platform and restrict use of Gold Coins to the extent permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for Gold Coins (if any) in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cash Queen and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and vendors from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Platform.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

Please read carefully. This section affects your legal rights.

14.1 Informal resolution first

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Customer Support and provide a brief description of the dispute. We will try to resolve it informally.

14.2 Agreement to arbitrate

If a dispute is not resolved, you and Cash Queen agree to resolve most disputes through binding individual arbitration (not in court), to the extent permitted by law. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section for U.S. users.

14.3 No class actions

You and Cash Queen Gameroom agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis. Class, collective, representative, and private attorney general actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14.4 Arbitration administrator; location

Arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. It may occur in Las Vegas, Nevada or remotely, as permitted by JAMS rules.

14.5 Opt-out

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@cashqueengameroom.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

14.6 Injunctive relief

Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court where necessary to protect rights pending arbitration.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (including games, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) is owned by Cash Queen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

16. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

17. Notices

We may send notices to the email address on your account. You may send notices to us at support@cashqueengameroom.com. Notices are deemed received on the next business day after sending (unless delivery fails).

18. General Terms

  • Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

  • No partnership: These Terms do not create a partnership or agency relationship.

  • Entire agreement: The Customer Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform.

  • Updates: We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting means acceptance.

  • Severability: If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a business transaction.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where arbitration rules or applicable consumer laws require otherwise.

19. Definitions

For convenience, key terms include:

  • “Gold Coins”: virtual gameplay credits with no real-world monetary value and not redeemable for cash.

  • “Excluded Territories”: the restricted U.S. states and U.S. territories listed above.

  • “Platform”: our website, games, content, and related services.

  • “Special Terms”: additional terms for promotions or specific offers.
